Pentaphthalic varnish is intended for parquet and wooden floors in moderately used residential premises.
The varnish is applied in one or two thin coats on a clean, dry surface with a brush or roller when the air and surface temperature is between +5 °C and +35 °C and the air relative humidity does not exceed 85%. Light sanding is recommended between applications (sanding is mandatory if the curing time between applications is more than 3 days). Dilute with white spirit or VAITSOL solvent up to 5% by volume if necessary. Dry each varnish coat for 24 hours at 20±2 °C. Consumption is 8–10 m2/l per coat.
