LUOTEN gloss water-soluble furniture varnish on an acrylate-polyurethane water dispersion base is intended for varnishing furniture, interior wooden parts and other wooden surfaces in interiors. Not suitable for varnishing wood products made of beech. Forms a hard coating, resistant to wear and periodic exposure to household cleaning products.
Stir the varnish thoroughly before use. The surface to be varnished must be clean, dry and free from sanding dust. It is recommended to use FURNICOLOR, FURNICOLOR PRO or TONTEKS wood stain before varnishing. Air and surface temperature must not be below +10 ºC. Air relative humidity must be not higher than 80%. Avoid direct sunlight and draught during varnish application. Application. Apply LUOTEN varnish with a spray gun or brush in 2–4 coats. Apply in even coats to prevent local build-up of varnish. Drying time between applications is not less than 3 hours. Consumption: 8–10 m²/l per coat. Drying time at 20 °C is 2 hours. Drying time until further treatment (sanding) of the product may be started is 3 hours. Use water to clean work tools. Dried varnish residue is removed with acetone or solvent 646. Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature not lower than +5 °C.
