AKVATOP is an acrylic water dispersion paint for wooden façades and other outdoor wooden surfaces. Forms a semi-matt coating with high resistance to atmospheric effects. Unlike alkyd enamels, which are widely used for painting outdoor wooden surfaces, the film retains its elasticity for a long time, preventing cracking and delamination of the coating due to atmospheric factors, thus ensuring a longer service life.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Before applying AKVATOP, outdoor wooden surfaces should be primed with TEKSTURDEKOR colourless paint for wood protection. May be applied on surfaces previously painted with alkyd enamels, with subsequent layer adhesion testing. Base A can be used in white or tinted in light shades; Base C is used for tinting in dark shades.
USE:
Stir thoroughly before use, dilute to working viscosity with water if necessary. Apply the paint on clean, dry surfaces with a paint brush, roller or spray gun in 1 to 2 coats at an air temperature not less than +5 °C. Paint consumption: 8 to 11 m2/l for each coat. Drying time at 20 ± 2 °C: not more than 1 hour. Use water and soap to wash painting tools.
STORAGE:
Store in a tightly sealed container at a temperature above +5 °C.
